A shop
A catalogue, a checkout, payments, and the back office that keeps stock and orders straight. The thing you sell, sold without a phone call.
01What it costs to get wrong
A checkout that stumbles is a sale that walks. A shop nobody can update is a shop that is always slightly wrong — the price, the stock, the photo.
02What such a thing is made of
- runs itself
- admin panel · reminders & confirmations · talks to your tools
- sells & books
- payments · bookings · live pricing · accounts · catches enquiries
- speaks & shows
- languages · old content, carried over · reviews, collected · a gallery of the work
- ai, where it earns it
- an ai assistant · they see it first
- found & measured
- found on google · numbers you can act on
The workings the commission sheet can draw for this shape — pick any of them there, and the drawing cuts them in.
03A real one
The first one of these the studio ships will be recorded here — with its dates.
04How it goes
- 01The conversationYou bring the idea — half-formed is fine. We talk it through and decide together whether it’s a fit; declining is part of the job. Costs nothing.
- 02The planWe go away and think, then present the plan — design directions to choose between, the build mapped out, the price on the table. Still free.
- 03The build, in the openThe build runs at a live link you can open any time. Standups with a written summary after every one — and changes are welcome mid-build; that’s what standups are for.
- 04Yours, either wayWhen it ships, take everything — code, repos, domain, keys — or leave it running with the studio: hosted, watched, a standing line for changes. Two doors, both open.
